When you opt in to text messaging, we use your mobile number only to send and reply to messages about your support requests, service updates, appointment confirmations, and account questions. Zero One LLC does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent information with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information only with service providers who help us operate, such as our support ticketing tools, and only as needed to serve you. The categories above exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

We share information only with service providers who perform work on our behalf, such as ticketing, scheduling, and communication tools, and only to the extent they need it to deliver our services to you. We may disclose information when the law requires it.

How You Can Opt Out or Request Deletion

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@zollc.com or calling (615) 649-0313. We will respond within a reasonable time.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. We limit access to the people who need it to serve you.
